Refund policy

We have a no refund policy unless otherwise agreed with both parties, which means you cannot refund after receiving your digital item to request a return. Any issues must be raised within 24 hours of the buyer purchasing the item, otherwise this will not be refunded. We DO NOT accept exchanges on digital products.
